Meep is so stressed; he has lost his head

Meep's head is not drawn in several of the transition animations.

Bonus: I am still seeing mops turn into dozens of duplicant arms. If I recall correctly, this was due to sprite memory overruns or something, where there were too many sprite calls happening. It works for the first part of the mopping, but the last half the mop is replaced with hands/arms.


Steps to Reproduce

Allow a duplicant to get stressed, observe their heads during various transition animations (from ladder to walking, walking to climbing, etc)

that is something total new.

by looking that save for me head only flicks not fully disappear
