In the attached save, there is no way to get down to Filtelin. There is no space the lander can land on. Trying to abandon ship results in a repeatable crash.
The only way to get down there seems to be to wait for 3 tiles at random forming a landing space. That could take a very long time and is obviously not good.
Steps to Reproduce
Try to land Otto or Ada. Find there is no landing space for the lander. Try rocket self-destruct in orbit. See crash.
