Lack Colony Lacks Hard Digging

Hi, 

Can't find report like this in forum, propably i'm blind :)

When i created colony, choose dups with Tier II/III digging - so, they don't have Hard Digging 
and like screen materials what neeed Hard Digging can't be dig :)

Steps to Reproduce

I give save logs

Go to bugs

They actually have to have the lower tier skill to dig those, tier 3/4 digging doesn't "cover" for it.

This seems to be bad UI design. The point of those free skills isn't that you have them immediately available, but that you can access them without the morale cost. So free high tier skills are quite valuable. But they should probably be deactivated in the skill window until you unlock the earlier ones, and you shouldn't be able to pick the next one until then

I think the point of them is that you have access to them early.  But you shouldn't get their pre-requisites for free...
