 Same trait with positive / negative state can occur on Duplicant

In screenshot there is Positive trait which gives +3 to Mechanics and at same time negative which gives -3 to Mechanics, which negate first one, which makes no sense. I beleave this was a case in early stage of the game and was fixes, but now reintrodused with new traits.

Duplicants random generation script on Printing Pod.
