Eating Animation replaces all tasks animation

certain characters seem to  use the eating animation replacing all other tasks animation.

 

this results in things like eating while sleeping,  eating while riding a bike,  literally any tasks animation is replaced with the eating animation.

Eating other dupes  (yes it looks like the dupes bury dead bodies are actually eating the body at the grave)

not sure how to reproduce but some dupes do this.
