I have been having an issue for a while with both live and preview with duplicant pathing getting reset randomly when interacting with doors. Up until recently, I didn't have a good test case for it, but I finally managed to reproduce it with a 100% trigger.
In the save attached, you will see a food chill room. When a duplicant goes to visit the room to store or retreive food, they stand in the mechanized door while it's opened, attempt to perform an action, which causes the door to close, which then causes them to be pushed out of the door. This then freezes the dupe for a few seconds (while it recalcs pathing?), after which their task will complete and they'll resume their duties.
Please fix! And thank you for a game I've spent 1000s of hours in!
To reproduce this, simply load the save up, and wait a few minutes for a dupe to store or retreive food. This can easily cause multiple dupes to pile up at the door and wait, wasting precious time that could be better spent risking their lives in subzero temps
For now I am leaving the door open, which doesn't cause the issue...
A developer has marked this issue as fixed. This means that the issue has been addressed in the current development build and will likely be in the next update.
