Bog Bucket - non-integer seed quantity

In the new alpha, I am seeing a non-integer seed count. I am not sure this is by design and posting here for reference.

Steps to Reproduce

Simple gameplay, - planting seeds in early game

Go to bugs

I believe this happened in the base game too, and had a few causes (I think the primary cause was a critter eating part of a seed?), still seems like a bug though!
