In save files generated with DLC2 content scrambling disabled,
As well as in old save files created in version U51 or earlier:

The buildings of DLC2 are displayed on the research screen.
They shouldn't be displayed here because they can't be built, even in a sandbox.

The plants of DLC2 are displayed on the screen of the Planter Box / Farm Tile / Hydroponic Farm.
They should not be displayed here, because it is impossible to get their seeds, either through Care Package or through the sandbox.

A developer has marked this issue as fixed. This means that the issue has been addressed in the current development build and will likely be in the next update.

Isn't the dlc switch for enable/disable somewhere else? Or there should be one, right?

The enable/disable in worldgen is for enable/disable dlc biomes, not content, I think...
