water pump blocking water

How much water ist there on the left? Water tends to "stack" at one tile, until it reaches a certain mass. Does the water overflows the pump in time?

@netosr you have CO2 trapped and it's keeping the water from flowing to the right, the pitcher pump has nothing to do with it

replace the tile between the pitcher pump and statue with an airflow tile to fix
