Visual C++ 2015 Problem

Whenever I open the game it gives me a screen saying it had problems to start up due to Visual C++ 2015 not being installed correctly. I tried updating Windows and reinstalling it but that didn't fix the problem.

I also tried uploading my DxDiag file here but I got upload error -200, so I'll try putting it in a comment.

I'm using a 64-bit Windows 8.1

Steps to Reproduce
1 - Open the game 2 - ??? 3 - Error
Go to bugs

A developer has marked this issue as fixed. This means that the issue has been addressed in the current development build and will likely be in the next update.

YAY!  me too but apparently I don't meet the minimum specs.  OH WELL!  Too bad I missed all the Alpha Launch hype but at least I can play it now.

Got the same problem. Tried said method, alas no success. Used "report problem" button from game interface. So sad...

I think i kind of figured it out. I didn't update windows (7) in quite a while, and it got some errors while trying to update. 

Until i fix it, consider my report irrelevant. Thanks for response.

so again... i have same problem with C++ microsoft visual studio. What i need to do for fix it? It cost 20  euro
