Unable to sort dupes by skill points

@klei.ruby I am seeing the same issue as well, and an additional thing to note is that the order varies depending on the previous column that was sorted on:

Sort by Duplicants the names are in order - OK

THEN sort by skill points: 12, 4, 10, 7, 6, 4, 13, 12, 10, 12, 4, 10

Sort by Morale (which is the ratio of the two values) - OK

THEN sort by skills points: 10, 10, 4, 4, 6, 4, 12, 12, 7, 10, 12, 13

The fact that the list sorts differently depending means that the sort is being based on something other than the skill points.

ALSO, a different bug in the same window: I cannot sort on the hat column. I click on it and I heard the sound/audio, but the sort up/down icon does not change and the list does not reorder (understood that screenshot show no hats, but even after assigned and hats are worn, the list does not sort)

Deleted unused screen shots

Sorting in the skills screen is still bugged. Like yoakenashi mentioned, hats are not sorting at all but the other columns are also missing these features:

- sort direction (only ascending is available)

- icon to reflect the current sort and its direction

- Morale sort in Skills is inconsistent with the Morale sort in Vitals/Consumables - they reflect different properties of the morale, one sorting by current morale while the other uses morale need (though I'd prefer the difference between the two, I think!)
