Buddy buds show "useless" throughput information.

Steps to Reproduce
Plant a buddy bud and trigger the "Growth halted" status.
Go to bugs

But the text only shows when the plant is stiffed and does nothing at all ...

[Talking about a wild/domestic decor plant seems odd aswell ^^]
