the objects used to build the system where all over 20c, the liquid entering is +40c and yet the overall tank temp just keeps dropping and I'm not actively doing anything to cool it........

There's currently an exploit involving a bug in the physics engine. Apparently dripping small quantities of liquid into a larger pool can drop the temperature of the entire pool, which breaks the laws of thermodynamics on a ridiculous level.

I'm putting together a few experiments for a bug report involving it, so hopefully it will be patched soon. For now, enjoy your free cooling!
