After reload of the game on some compactors/ration boxes there are no capacity bars shown.
It usually starts between 20-50 cycle, when there is more and more stuff built already.

Steps to Reproduce
1. Build a compactor or build ration box (best working with plenty of them. 2. Reload game several times (preferably with your base growing through the time)
