And it's not the only material that should be listed elsewhere, like ceramic which would be an manufactured ingredient, since it's due to some transformation by a building.

And also refined carbon that can't be use by the coal generator, so maybe it's not usefull to put it in the consumable ores. It's more like an industrial ingredient for steel.
