When you put a solar panel on top of windows, it will permanently block the sunlight coming down through it, even if it is removed later.
I believe this to be easily reproducable so my logs aren't attached, but if this is a fluke just for me, let me know and I'll gladly grab them for you.
Steps to Reproduce
Step 1: make a row of windows Step 2: Put a solar panel on top of it Step 3: press F5 (light layout) Step 4: deconstruct the solar panel Step 5: Notice that the light is no longer passing through the windows. Step 6: Notice that no matter what you do, that sunlight will not come back. --I have tried rebuilding the solar panel and deconstructing in different orders --I have tried building something else in the place the solar panel was at --I have tried removing the windows
