Side scrolling in consumables menu resets

In 4k resolution with 150% UI scaling if you side scroll to the vitamin chew and placebo (far right of the screen) and the game is not on pause, the side scrolling will reset so that you cannot make a selection.

Steps to Reproduce
1) set 4k resolution 2) set ui scaling to 150% 3) open consumables menu 4) sidescroll right to get to vitamin chew 5) attempt to use the checkbox

Yea-  I reported this before.   its like that also with Jobs assignment.   Scrolling  keeps resetting or bouncing back to the top.  

Trying to scroll in the mini-window that pops up for the assignment   closes it sometimes when you try to scroll.

The consumables window probably resets as food is available/not available. The icons at the top colorize when that food is available, and grey-out when unavailable. The changing likely refreshes the window, causing it to scroll to the top. Definitely a bug, unless we are supposed to pause the game every time we want to add/remove a food for consumption :)
