Schedule editor's new "move duplicant" button doesn't seem to recognise new duplicants if the schedule is already made unless you reload the game or add another new schedule.
Steps to Reproduce
Open schedule editor. Add a new schedule. Let a new duplicant in the colony. If you open the "move duplicant" to the new schedule that was made, no new name pops up except you add another new schedule

A developer has marked this issue as fixed. This means that the issue has been addressed in the current development build and will likely be in the next update.
