When using sandbox/debug mode I cannot spawn say oxygen gas above 1800g per cell, water above 1000kg, dirt above 1840kg, petroleum above 380kg...

Steps to Reproduce
Open sandbox, try painting 10kg per cell oxygen. Observe it being 1800g.

A developer has marked this issue as fixed. This means that the issue has been addressed in the current development build and will likely be in the next update.

Noticed this too just recent. It makes no sense to limit this that much.
