From what I can see in your output log...have you been tinkering with the game files?

The warnings are a red herring, unfortunately. They are valid but they aren't the cause of the crash.

That particular DMP file shows the crash happening inside of the sound library. It is definitely worth trying what watermelen suggests and doing a consistency check. I don't have any better suggestions right now. If you have more DMP files and you'd be willing to zip them up I'd be happy to take a look and see if I can find a pattern.

heres 4 from the previous builds. I verified integrity first time in happened,  just tried it again though, no issues.

edit:  if it has to do with the sound library it might be worth noting that my base is pretty massive and i do experience sound stuttering. i had assumed it was just related to the game lag due to everything going on

I did  a file consistency check when it first happened as well as before  the previous post. it doesn't find any issues.  I'll try a reinstall, but i don't think that will help much either

Heres another one from the current build.

Note the game runs fine for a while and the crashes seem to only ever happen when the game has been running for a dozen+cycles and  becomes super laggy

Still crashes after reinstalling, except now it starts hanging for several seconds at a time a few cycles before crashing.  heres the latest.

I also took a look at task manager once it started freezing and memory usage was up to like 3.2gb... theres a pretty severe memory leak somewheres.

Unfortunately I don't have anything definitive to point you towards.

Since it's an audio crash, did you by chance add a new sound card or usb speakers/headphones recently? Is this a new computer?

My shot in the dark tests would be:

1) Unplug as many audio devices as you can and try running the game and seeing if its stable. In particular any USB audio devices as those tend to be less common and the audio crash doesn't seem to be happening for most people.

2) Upgrade your sound drivers if you can. The DxDiag you posted has a couple of things that are less common such as the Corsair Headset and the NVIDIA HD Audio output. This will take more effort as you have to track down the right drivers for the right device.
