These nice calculatuion and tests by goatt here
show the Idedrofan being a lot less effective than just letting ice melt. I suspect the effect is a factor of 10 lower than intended, because like this the building is pretty much useless. If not a bug, please advise. If a bug, please fix.
Edit: Seems to be worse than letting ice melt only by a factor of 5 or so. Still basically a dead, useless building.
Steps to Reproduce
Use Icedrofan, see it basically cooling nothing. Take the same amount of ice, optionally make a temp-shift plate from it, see this working much, much better.
