Prioritize Canister Filler

2. You already can. Split the pipe with a bridge, and the canister filler will be 1. to get the material. 

Or do you mean dupe operating priority? There is no need for this. The filler itself operates on its own.It has a gas pipe input... No dupe required. The canister emptier ist es one dupe operated, and there you can select priority.

It's basically just an air tank, but smaller, and a dupe can retrieve canisters from it as if it was storage. You only take from it, so like he said, just the emptier has a priority.
