Every time a drop of water come, the polluted oxygen increases in mass. In the spot left to the liquid vent.

Use a setup as in the picture.

I did look in to it more and it is not creating anything. It is just sucking the polluted air from the surrounding polluted air and compressing it. 

And I realized it is not Preview branch

0.1% of any polluted water tile touching breathable gas can turn into polluted oxygen randomly.
