My dupes aren't building this pipe even though the plans show up. They have no priority display.

I dunno. Build some pipes. I laid those particular pipes in one motion.

I've had something very similar to this happen too and also reported it. I was unable to cancel them and they disappeared on relog, was it like that for you as well?
