Known Issue

Assigning the same dupe to 5 Neural vascillators renders the 5th one unusable. It gives the message "there's no improving on perfection" but then becomes stuck in the state "Neural Vascillation in progress" after the dupe leaves

Steps to Reproduce
assign the same dupe to 5 different neural vascillators

SO I'm assuming there's not doubling up on Deeper Divers Lung then?

The effect fails, the message appears and the Neural vascillators charge is lost. **** happens
