The dupe don't go to the observatory for research. Even is the unknown destination is selected for analysis, that action isn't recognized.

Can be worked around by rebuilding the telescope after researching a planet.

It seems that the telescope doesn't properly reset after research is finished.

I noticed the same. I have to rebuild the observatory everytime to get research done. Disable/enable doesn`t work.
