Neutronium spawning without a Geyser

I found a patch of Neutronium that spawned near my base, without a Geyser on it. I am not sure if this should be normal or not but I wanna make sure.

Steps to Reproduce
Was merely playing the game and found the Neutronium.
Go to bugs

Merely curious, could you take a screenshot / snip of this anomalous neutronium line and post it? I'd like to see it.

Try digging.

Some of the new geysers need to be dug up to access them, but be careful... some of them put out some very toasty stuff.

He's right. Some of the seed numbers will contain a geyser that doesn't exist either due to over range or other condition.
