Most Recent Update - Water Drinking Animation bug

I noticed this too, first in the triage cot, then sleeping.  I didn't realize it was a water drinking animation - I thought they were sucking their thumbs.  Kind of disturbing, actually.

I have the same issue, not every duplicant, but the ones bugged, stay this way.

I have the same Issue, it seems like it's every dupe at this point. But i've only noticed it on my main base, other asteroids I haven't seen those dupes having the animation. They will be eating their food by drinking in the air, then they'll go over to the water, make the full animation, then go to bed and just stand there constantly making the beginning of the drinking animation. It's funny, but I'd rather it wasn't happening. Haha

Seeing this bug also.

I also have this bug and noticed it since the Frosty Planet Pack DLC. This was actually in the open beta. I'm surprised there hasn't been a patch to fix this.
It's not every dupe and I don't know what causes it. I wonder if it has to do with building the Water Cooler and somehow duplicants will get stuck doing the animation while drinking from the water cooler for everything? While not game breaking, can be annoying because we miss out on the cute animations they should be doing.

I should note that I'm using the steam version of the game. Intel 13900K, EVGA 3090TI FTW3, 64 GB Ram, 4TB SSD, ASUS MAXIMUS Z790 HERO.
I've also ensured everything is up to date, verified game files, and ensured the bug is still present before posting.

Since I first noticed it, I've started seeing more dupes doing buggy animations and it's been scratching my head

Nasty bug. Hot map, everyone is drinking water non-stop, but it affects for some reason one pawn that pumps oil into fuel. 
The bug disappears if you turn off a few mods, save, turn on mods and load (maybe the mods have nothing to do with it). After an hour it appears again.
