If a mod author updates the mod in the steam workshop, the game recognizes this, and tells me to restart the game. Fine up to this point. But the next startup, this starts all over. The only solution yet is to unsubscribe the mod in the workshop, subscribe again, and then make the client restart due to a new mod.
