[Minor] Game does not restart for mod changes/updates on Linux.

I've recently switched to Linux (where the game seems to perform better than the same hardware on windows), and have noticed this one weird change - that when it intends to restart due to a mod change, it simply exits, and does not trigger a relaunch of the game.  manually running the game reflects the new mod installation/configuration.

Minor thing, but didn't see it written about elsewhere.


Steps to Reproduce

Start with new or updated mod.  Game will state that it needs to restart, and upon acknowledging that, it will exit cleanly.

Probably needs an old WINE version.

There is a linux version of Restarter in the game folder, but it apparently isn't functioning.
