When I wonder, why certain things just never get finished building, I find things like this:

Steps to Reproduce
Play the game for 758 cycles, and when you haven't fallen in despair by then, play for another cycle.

It's quite 2g of material. Without it, you'll loose some energy.

not quite - 2000 microgramms are 2 milligramms are 0.002 grams...
