Meep not available as starting dupe

I just tried to make my "Dream Team" for EU two days ago, consisting of Stinky, Meep and Bubbles. But try as I might, Meep was never on offer. I did try only about 300 re-rolls or so, so he may just have a very low probability compared to all the others, but I think something is actually broken here. Later in the game, Meep seems to be on offer about as often as the other dupes.

Steps to Reproduce
Start new game, try to get Meep as starting dupe by re-rolling.

Hi @krop! There are actually several Dupes who can only be obtained in-game, so it's working as intended :) Hope that helps!
