Med Bay room bug

Med Bay room says it is missing a toilet and a mess table and after adding those it says I need to remove them.

Steps to Reproduce
Build a med bay and add additional amenities.
Go to bugs

I saw the same message in a closed room with just some massage tables. After adding a decorative object (and restarting the game due to a crash), it's now labeled correctly.
