Seems temp transfer on quite a few things is borked. @Cheerio

Steps to Reproduce
Place some doors - flood them with magma - scratch beard.
Go to bugs

Looks like loading a game stops tempshift plates from working properly.

Plate Test.sav

Build that and everything works fine, load that and no heat transfers. It appears only the 8 perimeter tiles of the plate are affected, the center tile transfers heat.
