Many positions marked as Unknown

I have the same issue. I uploaded screenshots to my Steam account (which is linked to the site). It looks like it is around the exact same building on my map too. I will happily assist with anything you need.

Same, It looks like the problem is with this specific ruin. So, this should reproduce:

1 - have this ruin on a map in fog of exploration

2 - excavate to entry on lower right

3 - enter ruin

4 - the same cells as in the screen shot will not become "known"

Sending the dupe inside only "finds" the inside tiles.

 

 

Me too, can't get in there, can't mine it out. Looks like the tiles are supposed to be granite from the amount of color/texture I can see.

Here is mine. I closed the game at cycle 29, and it is still unknown.
