Ari has some issue with his description.

As you can see, the window his oversized and out of bounds.

I don't know yet if it's related to each Ari, or something else.

It seems to do not be related to Ari. Lastly he has his whole description, and another one was oversized. If I remember correctly, it was the first of the list.

It happens at Unemployed box whenever you hover at dupe who has Current Morale less than Job Morale Needs (inherited from max Job Tier they learnt).
