Infectious Polluted Oxygen Vent

I just unearthed one and for something claiming to be "infectious" it doesn't seem to be that dangerous. I was expecting it to also release Slimelung when it erupted.

Adding to what neotuck said, this is not a bug. Any kind of water/air producer will become dormant if the ambient pressure gets too high, i.e. too much gas pressure or too much water
