There's several errors in the red text. First of all, it should be referring to an oil reservoir and not an oil well, second the words "Oil" and "Well" should be separated and third it should be "an Oil Well".
Steps to Reproduce
Select the oil well for placement and hover the blueprint over something that isn't an oil reservoir
