Incorrect Liquid Values

Liquids are measured by volume, not by weight.  The game has liquids listed as Kilogrammes (Kg) rather than Litres (L).  Their value also vanishes when digging to divert one water supply to another (as mentioned in several other posts).

Steps to Reproduce
Turn on game. Look at list values. Liquids are improperly labelled according to the Metric system.

The joy of metric system is you can easily translate between the two knowing the object density. It is logical for the game to use only one set for everything for player convenience.

Knowing the mass you can actually calculate the volume manually.
If the game used volume you couldn't tell how much fluid you had.
