The plastic maker building has a note in tooltip saying that it requires duplicant operation. It doesn't.
Refinery has no note in tooltip saying that it requires duplicant operation. It does.
Though it may be that tooltips are right and the manual control requirement is inverted instead.

A developer has marked this issue as fixed. This means that the issue has been addressed in the current development build and will likely be in the next update.
