This doesn't look like a hot steam fumarole... It also emits polluted water... So this must be a slush geyser.

In the seed -410296783 (minus sign is part of the seed), one of the hot steam fumaroles in the hot and oily biome is actually a slush geyser.

A developer has marked this issue as fixed. This means that the issue has been addressed in the current development build and will likely be in the next update.
