Gas Vent Says Output, Shows Input

The vent has an input with which to accept gases, which is used to output gas from the network into the world.

Are you sure? The Gas Vent isn't supposed to be the gas version of the Liquid Vent which strictly outputs? How does a Gas Vent Intake gas without power/a fan? The Gas Pump intakes gas, why would there be 2 items that intake gas and none that output?

What the vent means is that it takes gas in from the pipe and spits gas out into the world. The pipe is an intake for the vent. You don't need a pipe for the vent output. It is a confusing wording.

I see, my pump wasn't working when I had a vent on it, but after destroying it and recreating it the pump started working.
