Game instant crash on startup

Have you tried following the steps in the troubleshooting guide?

Yes, uninstalled. Reinstalled, verified files.

Rebooted, reinstalled GPU drivers.

First time the game has crashed on me actually.

Did the game previously work for you? Did you install any new software? Plugin any controllers or peripherals?

Have over 200h in game. Did not install any new software, or peripherals

Could you please try switching to the space_industry_testing branch and see if the game starts up? If it doesn't start up, could you please send us the new error.txt file that gets created after running the game in the space_industry_testing branch?

Unity seems to be doing something bad when Citrix is installed. If you're able to uninstall Citrix you can work around the problem until Unity puts out a proper fix.

Unfortunately the problem is in the engine itself so I don't have another workaround for it.

I have had citrix installed all this time while playing ONI so I don't understand why it suddenly stopped working.

Uninstalled Citrix Workbench and the game now works.

The developers are aware of the issue and are working on a fix.

This bug has just happened for me, and I dont belive that I have citrix on my computer, though a folder by that name is in a backup from 2014. I have no clue, as this is my grandmas old computer, but it worked fine yesterday. Is there a fix for this? Thanks.
