Expanding a list resets the window to the top of the list

Hi There,

When we try to expand any category in any building, it resets the window to the top of the list.

Its a bother trying to scroll down again.

Kindly fix this!

uhh not sure if this will bump this, but this is an issue on the critter feeders (etc) which is still forever a minor annoyance (especially the feeders because damn that list is looooong!)
