Without copper, no exosuits which means no space.
Exosuits need to have other metal options to build them out of.
You cant get a copper drop from the printing pod since you need to have discovered it first, plus, that seems a very random thing given the importance of exosuits to the game, especially space.
Steps to Reproduce
Generate any of the three or four maps which lack copper biome. Try to build an exosuit.

A developer has marked this issue as fixed. This means that the issue has been addressed in the current development build and will likely be in the next update.
