Dupes frozen when repair action interrupted

Since the patch today (9/28/17) my dupes have started freezing in place whenever a repair command is finished or interrupted. I say or because it's possible for more than one dupe to freeze at once. If one dupe is going to repair but then another dupe steals the job, once the job is complete both dupes are frozen. This is easily fixed by saving and reloading, but it happens so often the game is sort of unplayable right now. They still breathe and all their stats (bladder/hunger/stress/etc) keep changing but they just can't move.

I don't know if repair is the only action this happens to, it just happened the most frequently with that one. There was one case where I had a dupe start starving because they got frozen and I have no clue what they were doing before. But 3/4 cases I've had in literally 15 minutes were repair completions/interruptions. Save file is attached, let me know if you need a log too.

Steps to Reproduce
A dupe went to repair an overloaded wire, completed the task, then froze in place. Two dupes went to repair a hydrogen generator, one stole the job from the other, when the task was complete both were frozen.

User Feedback

A developer has marked this issue as fixed. This means that the issue has been addressed in the current development build and will likely be in the next update.

I have the same issue. Though I am unsure if it is caused by repair. It always happens when I am not looking. But when I return to the main part of my base to check on things I will have 5-6 dupes frozen with a lot of things needing repaired. A quick save and a re-load fixes the issue, but as OP said, it happens so often now that it makes it un-playable.

I got the same.

For 20 duplicants it took like 1-2 cycles to froze them all. After reload any previous save it goes the same scenario.

Same here. Plus just started a new game and a dupe disappeared into the soil next to a ladder and spent the night. I dug him out out he was frozen. Only noticed because a "hungry" icon kept flashing from the dirt. He now claims to have made a mess inside some algae that he was buried in.
