I was playing a bit earlier before the latest update, and when I loaded my latest save, a dupe pumped 400kg of water and delivered it to two bottle emptiers that have autobottling disabled. It's repeatable across reloads.
I tried loading the save and toggling autobottling on both emptiers before unpausing and he still delivered it to one of them.

A developer has marked this issue as fixed. This means that the issue has been addressed in the current development build and will likely be in the next update.
