I deconstructed a few insulated tiles where I was planning a new room and noticed the blueprints in those tiles started getting built. The deconstruct order was re-prioritizing the blueprints behind it. (Deconstruct was set to buildings only.)

Steps to Reproduce
1 build a insulated tile 2 blueprint an insulated pipe behind that tile at a low priority 3 select deconstruct, buildings only, default priority, and apply to the tile 4 blueprinted pipe behind it should change priority to five
