Dartle Stuck at laying an egg while the rancher calls them.

I also had dartles stuck while eating. I suspect it might be because of their two phase excretion sequence.

But in the current state is dartle ranching not feasible.

I don't use any critter or ranching mods on this savefile.

Having the same problem - sometimes a dartle seems completely stuck "eating" and in turn my rancher gets stuck at the grooming station trying to call for it while it refuses to respond.

Next puzzle piece this dartle keeps eating despite being full.

Some dartles are still getting stuck eating. They eat until full and stay next to a food source, eating every few seconds (around 10-20 calories per bite). Seems to happen quite consistently as I have 2 ranches of 8 dartles with at least 1 dartle per ranch in this bugged state at any given time.

 

heres an example, there is a critter fountain off screen to the right that most dartlesare able to use. also note the dartle's calorie count.

@Deanaro could you please upload a save where the Dartle gets stuck eating? I see the issue in your video, but I'm having some difficulty reproducing it in my save.
