Crushing Shells won't seem to operate

So I've gotten a small pile of egg shells, and I sent 'em over to my rock granulator.  My operators are on very high priorities, and are taking lower end operation jobs (like tuning the generators) instead of going to the crusher and crushing eggs.  The inventory is there, they just won't do the job.

Is the job priority something other than Operator for these?

Steps to Reproduce
Have operator with high priority, have egg shells, have him ignore the work.
Go to bugs

I've got something almost the same.

Constantly trying to deliver/get 476mcg of egg shell.  Maybe it is such a small amount that it is rounding off and never getting to 5kg.  I emptied it trying to fix the 476 thing.

I've gotten them to behave... ish… again after a save/reload.  I've still got this stack of 5000g that won't seem to process, but when it reads correctly to 5kg it'll process.  Very odd.

… and then it starts trying to load 1067 mcg.  Wut…  Very weird.
